As part of our commitment to continuously enhance competence and professionalism, the maintenance team has completed an intensive 7-day training program conducted in collaboration with the Daiki Axis Global team. This training included both classroom sessions and hands-on field practice, aimed at ensuring the team stays up to date with procedures and the latest technological developments.

During the initial days, the sessions focused on presentations of standard procedures delivered by the Daiki Axis Global team in a classroom setting. These sessions provided an important opportunity to review and reinforce the procedures currently in use, ensuring that the entire team fully understands each step by established standards.
The training then continued with a series of practical sessions in the field. The maintenance team received direct guidance on implementing the procedures, accompanied by evaluations to assess compliance with the prescribed standards.
The program concluded on the final day with a classroom session dedicated to open discussion and Q&A. During this session, team members had the opportunity to raise any issues or questions encountered during field practice and receive direct explanations from the trainers.
This training reaffirmed the importance of maintaining a spirit of continuous learning and regularly updating knowledge of existing systems. This ongoing learning process is expected to further strengthen the maintenance team’s capacity to perform their duties effectively and in line with the latest technological advancements.
