The management of PT Daiki Axis Indonesia has declared the commemoration of National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month 2024. This year, the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia carries the theme “Cultivate K3, Healthy and Safe in Work, Ensuring Business Continuity.”
During the National K3 Month 2024 commemoration at PT Daiki Axis Indonesia’s premises, K3 socialization activities were held in the workplace, both at the head office and at the PT Daiki Axis Indonesia factory.
What is K3?
According to Article 1, Number 2 of Government Regulation (PP) No. 50 of 2012 concerning the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), K3 refers to all activities aimed at ensuring and protecting the safety and health of workers through efforts to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
The implementation of National K3 Month is regulated by the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. 244 of 2023 concerning the Implementation of National K3 Month 2024. Here are the details of National K3 Month 2024.

The theme of National K3 Month 2024 is “Cultivate K3, Healthy and Safe in Work, Ensuring Business Continuity.” Meanwhile, the governor can determine the sub-theme for National K3 Month, adjusted to the K3 issues, problems, and conditions in each region.
